This privacy policy explains how Kouru Keijo Oy processes personal data collected through the website contact form and the customer relationship.

Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address and message content, such as the site address and a description of the work needed. During quoting and installation we may also store site measurements and photos submitted by the customer.
Purpose of processing
We process data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, plan and carry out installation work, and manage the customer relationship and invoicing. The legal basis is the preparation or performance of a contract, or legitimate interest in customer communication.
Disclosure of data
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with installation and subcontracting partners to the extent necessary to carry out the work, and with service providers who process data on our behalf, such as email, accounting and website hosting providers. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Retention period
Contact form data is retained as long as necessary for the quoting process or the customer relationship. Invoicing and accounting data is retained for the period required by Finnish accounting law, currently six years from the end of the financial year.

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability where applicable.
